SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship our products by ACS courier to all Cities in Cyprus. You can visit the selected ACS courier store (selection of the ACS courier store should take place when you order the desired Item on the SKYBAGS Cyprus E-shop) to receive your desired item.

A Viber SMS will be sent to the mobile number you provided when ordering as soon as the product/s are ready to be picked up, by you (at the selected ACS courier store).

Delivery Process

Our aim is:  Deliveries to take place by the next Business day following the order.

Please, take a look at the table below (including Weekends) for a more transparent and clear explanation on lead times for our respected Customers.

In case you visit your selected ACS courier store (selected by you during the ordering process on the SKYBAGS Cyprus E-shop) and for any reason you decide that you no longer wish to receive the item nor to pay for it, feel free to inform the ACS courier staff of your decision.  The item will then be returned to our Warehouse without any commitment from your side.  

More Information

Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay.

Please be advised that during Sundays and on any public holiday dates, deliveries will not be made. In this instance, please expect your order to arrive the next business day.
