SERVICE AND WARRANTY

COHAD Ltd. the Company, hereby provides Worldwide Warranty on Skybags items for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase by the user against material manufacturing defects only.

After the expiry of this period, you can still avail of this repair facility, by paying for the same by either calling us or by sending us an email. 

At Skybags, we thoroughly check all our products to ensure they meet strict standards. Therefore, if a problem arises with a Skybags product® (the "Product") and the problem has been caused by manufacturing defects in materials or work, we will, at our discretion, either repair or replace the Product in accordance with the terms and conditions of the warranty set out here.

This warranty applies only to the person who purchased the Product or the person who received the Product as a gift.

This warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not cover any damage resulting from misuse (such as the transport of unusual objects), negligence, accidents, abrasions, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear or damage during transport (e.g. by airlines - if such abuse occurs, one must immediately file a claim with the Carrier Company before leaving the transport terminal).

This Warranty is valid only if the receipt or the email of the order/payment is presented/shared with us. The defective piece must be delivered by the User (no cost will be charged for sending the item back to us) to the nearest ACS courier store, the details whereof can be obtained by contacting the Company on aforesaid helpline number or email.

The Company's liability for damages shall be restricted only up to repair/replacement of the defective piece and in no event and under no circumstances it shall exceed the price paid (after discounts, if any) by the customer to the Company for the damaged piece stated in the invoice/cash memo.

 In case of service call being raised outside of Cyprus in any country which is covered by this warranty and in the case where the company approves the replacement of the defective piece - the fresh piece will either have to be picked up by the user from the Company's service centre or the Company may agree to deliver the same to the user at the address provided by him/ her abroad (the cost in that case will be paid by the user).
